Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee applies)
  • White Glove Delivery: 7-10 business days (includes in-home delivery, assembly, and packaging removal)
  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Typically ship within 4-6 weeks from order confirmation

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs vary based on product size, weight, and delivery location
  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Expedited shipping: Additional fee calculated based on product specifications
  • White Glove Delivery: Starting at $350, calculated based on location and item specifications

International Shipping:

  • We ship to select international destinations
  • International shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient
  • International delivery times typically range from 2-4 weeks depending on the destination

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on www.cabana-miami.com or by contacting our customer service team.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Returns

Please Note: All sales are final. Our furniture pieces are handcrafted works of art, meticulously created by skilled artisans. Due to the custom, artistic nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. Each piece is unique and made with exceptional attention to detail specifically for you.

Limited Exceptions for Returns:

  • While all sales are final for our handcrafted pieces, we may consider returns in exceptional circumstances such as significant manufacturing defects or substantial damage during shipping.
  • Any consideration for return must be approved by our management team and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are strictly non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Exchanges will be processed for the same item or a similar item of equal value.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

How to Initiate an Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service at info@cabana-miami.com with your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product.
  • We will provide further instructions to complete the exchange process.

4. Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.

After 24 Hours:

  • Custom-made items cannot be canceled once production begins.
  • For in-stock items, cancellations may be accepted if the item has not shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for prompt assistance.

Payment & Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and process your return.

For items purchased using store credit or gift cards, refunds will be issued as store credit.
